A documentary about Jungle fever® Dance

Jungle Fever® Dance is a dance style that challenges the upper body and hips with fun, crazy, simple, sensual and liberating moves. The purpose of the dance is to strengthen people’s self-image, physical fitness and uplift their soul. A Jungle Fever® Dance class is a source of freedom, joy and happiness that puts a smile on everyone’s face. As a teacher I encourage my students to express their individuality, tap into their creativity and revive the playfulness in them. This dance style is energizing and fun for everyone regardless of age and gender. Jungle Fever® Dance is an Afro inspired dance style with a perfect mixture different dance styles such as East African, Afrobeat, Ragga, Street, Jazz and Dancehall.

what people say...
Jenna, Jungle fever® student.
The first lesson made me embarrassed out of my mind – sure, I can dance like that behind closed doors where nobody can see me, but to actually get technical advice on how to shake my butt?! It was insane, absolutely ridiculous – and completely liberating. There was a room full of girls shaking their hips, doing sensual movements, having a great time and not giving a damn about what anybody thought of them! Read More

Uganda Charity Trip

Monday, 10 March 2014 21:40

Join Jungle Fever Youth Club in Uganda and discover the origin of the playful and liberating dance style Jungle fever® Dance, and work with our charity helping local kids and families. Our mission is to improve self-esteem and creativity among children and young people in Africa.

During our trip you will experience genuine Ugandan culture and see the environment, the people, the food, and feel the vibe and togetherness that creates this beautiful country.
During our time together we will work with different local charity organizations, meet many wonderful people and also experience the dark reality that is everyday life for many families in the slums.

Charity work is rewarding for both mind and soul, for young and old and even for young families. Although during most of our days we will be meeting people with adversity, there will still be moments of fun and laughter and dancing until we’re sweaty.

We will eat local food, go on excursions, experience the city as well as the countryside, and we can promise that you will get many unforgettable memories. Don't miss the opportunity to experience Uganda in its most beautiful and genuine form.
